Start a Claim

R&D Claim: Step-by-Step Process

1. Begin by Clicking ‘Start an R&D Claim’ In the R&D Dashboard

1. You will be directed to the screen above, where you can choose ‘Create fact find’

1. You will be given some options on the type of claim you are trying to submit. Select the appropriate type by clicking ‘Continue’

1. Now enter the project details and click ‘Start fact find’

1. Complete the fact find section by going through the steps highlighted:

• Step 1: Complete required Information by clicking ‘Enter information’

• Step 2: Answer fact find questions

• Step 3: Submit

• if there are any missing information, you will be prompted to add them once clicking submit.
